FAQs
What inks do you use?
Due to recent developments in screen printing ink, we have recently made the switch to become fully water based.
This eliminates the need for any solvents or chemicals in the studio and reduces our overall impact on the environment.
Can you print any colour?
Yes! We use new digital technology to professionally colour match using Pantone references, so you can be sure of the colour you’re getting.
Do you have a minimum order?
Our minimum order for screen printing is 25 units. However, if you require fewer units, we are able to print with digital DTF (direct to film) methods. See services page for more details.
We also offer a screen print and DTF pre-order system, with no upfront payment costs, for customers that aren’t ready to commit to larger orders. See below FAQ for more details.
How does your pre-order system work?
Coming soon!
What is your turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround is 14 days. However, if you need an order sooner, let us know and we'll do our best to make it happen.
*Not inclusive of pre-order system. See pre-orders page for details.
Can I order a sample?
As each order requires new screens to be exposed with your image, it's not possible to print order-specific screen print samples without the guarantee of a full run. We do however offer our own branded samples if you would like to see and feel our print quality before placing an order.
If you would like to see your design printed before committing to a larger run, we would recommend ordering a single DTF printed garment through our online order form, here.
*Please note, a DTF printed sample will look and feel different to screen printing, and as such should not be used for sampling print quality. It is, however, useful for testing print size and placement on chosen garments.
Artwork
FAQs
What file format do you need for artwork?
Ideally, artwork should be provided at 300DPI resolution as either a PDF or Illustrator .ai file type. No problem if you are unsure how to do this, please see question and answer below.
Can you help prepare my artwork?
Yes, send whatever you have and we can help prepare it for printing at no extra cost.
